Nasce il primo operatore integrato per gli NPL


Banca IFIS acquisisce FBS e nasce il primo operatore integrato per gli NPL. L’operazione in chiusura a settembre permetterà di far nascere la prima Asset Management Company nazionale completamente integrata e con 20 miliardi di asset gestiti per conto proprio e di terzi.

L'operazione riguarda il 90% del capitale di FBS per un controvalore di 58,5 milioni di euro.

FBS ha in gestione circa 7,0 miliardi di crediti deteriorati e opera nel settore degli NPL come operatore specializzato in attività di servicing (master and special services), gestore di portafogli di NPL garantiti e non, consulente in attività di due diligence e investitore autorizzato in operazioni su NPL.

Integrando FBS, Banca IFIS supera i 14 miliardi di portafoglio deteriorato di proprietà e gestisce un controvalore pari ad ulteriori 7 miliardi di crediti di terzi, portando il portafoglio gestito ad oltre 20 miliardi di euro.
