Sanità, preoccupazione per gli effetti della quota 100


Lo fa sapere il sindacato più grosso degli ospedalieri, l'Anaao che la quota 100 può mettere a rischio l’operatività ospedaliera con il via al pensionamento per circa 25mila medici. Secondo il segretario di Anaao, Carlo Palermo, i medici colleghi escono in media intorno ai 65 anni, ma per effetto della quota 100, potranno uscire anche a 62, perché tutti hanno fatto il riscatto degli anni di laurea. Solo quest’anno si potrebbe avere l’uscita iniziale di tre scaglioni, cioè 62, 63 e 64 anni che per effetto delle penalizzazioni dal punto si vista dell'assegno, ridurranno molto il numero dei medici che sceglieranno la quota 100 per cui 7mila pensionamenti sono almeno previsti per quest'anno, un problema di uscite che attualmente non sono compensate dalle entrate.
