Corte Dei Conti: flat tax sì ma non in deficit


La Corte Dei Conti ammonisce il Governo sulla prossima legge di Bilancio per bocca del suo Procuratore Generale che indica la ristrutturazione dei tributi come una priorità ma: “attraverso ponderate ed equilibrate strategie di lungo respiro”. La flat tax non viene citata direttamente, ma il riferimento di Alberto Avoli è chiaro e vuole prevenire l’introduzione della misura con il semplice aumento del deficit che potrebbe avere ripercussioni gravi su tutta l’economia italiana, già alle prese con Bruxelles per evitare la procedura d’infrazione per debito eccessivo. Le coperture sono il tema principale che potrebbero ammorbidire la flat tax e portare ad una sua introduzione graduale per mantenere una “giusta soluzione di equilibrio”. Anche gli obiettivi di crescita fissati dal Governo (+0,2%) necessitano di una ripresa dell’economia nella seconda parte dell’anno.
