Giustizia: la Lega affossa la riforma della Giustizia


Dopo un consiglio dei ministri durato oltre nove ore si arena la riforma della giustizia fortemente voluta dal Ministro pentastellato Alfonso Bonafede. La Lega si è opposta ai punti cardine del provvedimento, e ha approvato con riserva la riforma, l’equivalente di una bocciatura insomma, il primo partito in Italia, per bocca del suo leader Matteo Salvini, ha dichiarato: "O una riforma della giustizia è importante, vera, pesante, significativa che dimezza davvero i tempi del processo penale, o non siamo al mondo e al governo per fare le cose a metà”. La misura prevedeva lo snellimento dei tempi dei processi da 9 a 6 anni, la conseguente riduzione della prescrizione (punto di contrasto tra Lega e M5S), così come dei possibili casi da portare in appello, una revisione della composizione del Csm e una stretta ai magistrati politici. Si attendono ora nuovi sviluppi in merito.
