Costruzioni e fabbricati, mercato in leggero calo


Ad agosto l’indice destagionalizzato della produzione nelle costruzioni registra un calo dello 0,1% rispetto a luglio, pur in un quadro di sostanziale stazionarietà che permane dal mese di maggio.

Nella media del trimestre giugno–agosto, l’indice destagionalizzato della produzione nelle costruzioni diminuisce dello 0,9% rispetto al trimestre precedente.

Su base annua, l’indice corretto per gli effetti di calendario è aumentato del 2,1% (i giorni lavorativi sono stati 21, contro i 22 di agosto 2018), mentre l’indice grezzo registra una contrazione dell’1,3%.

Nella media dei primi otto mesi del 2019, l’indice corretto mostra un aumento tendenziale del 3,1%, una tendenza al recupero rispetto allo stesso periodo dell’anno precedente, che tuttavia stenta a consolidarsi.
