E-commerce, Ipo di 13,8 miliardi di dollari per Alibaba


Parte la seconda quotazione in borsa di Alibaba, nonostante le tensioni che si vivono a Hong Kong, la piazza finanziaria sulla quale è stato deciso di lanciare l’Ipo è proprio la stessa. Il gruppo dell’e-commerce, fondato da Jack Ma, il miliardario ex professore di Inglese, offrirà 575 milioni di azioni agli investitori dell'ex protettorato britannico al prezzo unitario massimo di 188 dollari di Hong Kong, per un totale di 13,8 miliardi di dollari, circa 12,5 miliardi di euro. Il colosso tecnologico cinese, ha già una storia borsistica positiva, infatti nel 2014 ha debuttato a Wall Street raccogliendo la cifra record di 25 miliardi di dollari. Il lancio alla Borsa di Hong Kong è previsto per il prossimo 26 novembre, la più consistente offerta da circa nove anni.
