Prorogata al 12 gennaio 2021 la validità delle autocertificazioni per le esenzioni per il reddito

L’Agenzia di Tutela della Salute di Bergamo informa che Regione Lombardia, con propria DGR n.XI/3615 del 28.9.2020, ha disposto che la validità delle autocertificazioni per reddito, sottoscritte dagli aventi diritto per usufruire in esenzione delle prestazioni ambulatoriali e/o farmaceutiche, la cui scadenza era prevista lo scorso 30 settembre 2020, è stata prorogata fino al 12 gennaio 2021.

Si invitano pertanto i cittadini a tenere conto della nuova proroga e, quindi, a non recarsi in questo periodo agli sportelli di Scelta e Revoca delle ASST anche in considerazione delle disposizioni in tema di coronavirus.

Resta comunque onere e responsabilità del cittadino comunicare agli sportelli di Scelta e Revoca l’eventuale perdita dei requisiti per usufruire dell’esenzione e chiederne quindi la revoca (esempio nel caso di un disoccupato che inizia un’attività lavorativa).
