Pubblico impiego, firmato l’atto di indirizzo per il contratto

Il ministro per la Pubblica amministrazione, Renato Brunetta, ha firmato l'atto di indirizzo per il rinnovo del contratto collettivo nazionale di lavoro del comparto delle funzioni centrali. Nei prossimi giorni l'Aran potrà quindi convocare le organizzazioni sindacali per l’avvio delle trattative. Se non ci saranno intoppi, il contratto si potrà chiudere entro la primavera, per consentire l’arrivo in busta paga degli aumenti entro la fine del 2021. In rampa di lancio anche il contratto della sanità, il cui atto di indirizzo è in fase di definizione da parte delle Regioni. Anche in questo caso l'impulso dato dal Ministro potrebbe consentire una rapida conclusione dell'accordo relativo al personale della sanità così duramente impegnato nell'emergenza Covid. “Mi auguro – afferma il ministro - che lo sblocco delle trattative consenta la conclusione dei contratti collettivi, almeno quelli riferiti ai comparti (funzioni centrali, sanità, istruzione e funzioni locali), con i relativi aumenti in busta paga entro la fine dell'anno, per chiudere poi i contratti della dirigenza nei primi mesi del 2022".
