Gli smartphone di Xiaomi verso una quotazione da 10 miliardi di dollari


Xiaomi si avvicina alla quotazione.

 

Il marchio cinese di smartphone ha depositato i documenti alla borsa di Hong Kong per una Ipo che potrebbe raccogliere 10 miliardi di dollari.

Il prospetto di Xiaomi ha offerto agli investitori un primo dettaglio sulla situazione finanziaria del gruppo in vista della Ipo, che potrebbe chiudersi entro la fine di giugno.

I numeri, a quanto sottolinea l’agenzia Reuters, fotografano un’azienda «resiliente» nonostante il rallentamento delle vendite globali di smartphone.

Le risorse saranno destinate a ricerca&sviluppo, internet of things e l’espansione della sua piattaforma software.

A quanto emerge, l’azienda ha chiuso il 2017 con ricavi per 18 miliardi di dollari, in rialzo del 67,5% nel 2016. I profitti operativi nel 2017 sono arrivati a 1,9 miliardi di dollari, in ascesa.
